This was a wonderful dining and service experience. Food was delicious paired with a a full bodied wine and finished with 1994 Armagnac. The dishes were elegantly presented by the very attentive server. Thank you for a special evening.
Qualité dans l’accueil, dans l’assiette et dans le service! Excellent !! Je recommande sans réserve. Deux points notamment : le Boeuf Angus est copieux et tendre, les vins au verre sont nombreux et de belle facture. AQ.
We had a lovely dinner last week at Le Sauvage - the food was delicious, the proprietors were so friendly and the ambiance was very sophisticated, yet warm. The amuse bouche was a vegetable-based parcel similar to a Samosa and it was delicately spiced and crispy. For starters, we had the langoustine fried ravioli - bursting with meat and nestled in the most unique and unforgettable tamarind laced sauce - very creative and tasty. For mains, we had the beef, which arrived a beautiful medium rare and included roasted potatoes and herb sauce. We would have stayed for dessert but had to rush back to witness the Women's Olympic Hockey Final, which was a sweet end to the meal as well. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Entre l'accueil chaleureux et décontracté, le personnel aux petits soins et la cuisine, absolument divine, on passe au Sauvage un moment d'une douceur exquise et on n'a qu'une envie : y revenir et le faire découvrir à ceux qu'on aime.
