This is one of those truly special restaurants that serves meals you’ll continue dreaming of for years to come. I am a travel advisor, and after having read only phenomenal reviews, had originally booked Le Sauvage for some clients who were staying at a nearby hotel. After my clients raved about Le Sauvage upon their return, I decided to give it a try for myself during my subsequent trip to Paris several weeks later. My clients were, of course, spot on in their review. Every dish was mouthwatering, and the dessert was so incredible that it had me scraping the bowl despite practically bursting out of my skirt from the four prior courses. The owner and wait staff were so warm and welcoming, and truly made me feel like family. If you’re looking for the ultimate immersive French dining experience that’s modern and yet also classic, and with the menu and elegance of a brasserie but with the warmth of a bistro, then this is the place for you.
Fantastico todo. Pedimos el menu degustación y estaba todo increible. La atención estupenda, tanto Poh que es la persona que atiende las mesas, como el propietario, fueron super amables y cercanos, nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto. Tienen una gran variedad de vinos y el propietario nos ayudó a elegir segun nuestros gustos y la comida que habiamos pedido.
This is a classic small Bistro with good food and terrific service. My only gripe is the menu is limited which is ok but one more main and one more starter would help.
