We greatly enjoyed the innovative and totally delicious food at le Sauvage. The fois gras sauce with crunchy egg was awesome as was the ceviche with finger lime and also the amazing crisp lobster ravioli.
The service was fabulous, as was the wine, and the lovely French tisane!
