My second visit to Paris and my second visit to Le Sauvage! Poe is just a delight. I was so happy she took care of me once again. The six course tasting menu did not disappoint. I look forward to continuing the ritual of stopping here on future Paris visits. Thank you, Le Sauvage!
Une mention particulière pour les langoustines aux ravioles, et les encornets délicieux aussi, un petit regret pour la ganache chocolat, qui n'etait pas du tout en fait un dessert au chocolat pour moi!
